Violin & Piano lessons.

I teach students ages 5 and up in the Greater Boston area. Students have the option of coming to my music studio, or students can arrange to have lessons in the their home. The length of the lesson (30, 45, 60, 90 minutes) varies, depending on the level the student.

I approach teaching from a nurturing and encouraging place of constant learning, development and growth. Through violin and piano lessons I use music education as a tool to engage students in self-discovery. They will understand how they learn, develop discipline, and evolve their own standards and expectations for success in all areas of life, not just music.

I am a Suzuki certified violin and piano teacher. Although the Suzuki method focuses on training the ear, I am committed to teaching students to read music and understand music theory. Students will listen to their repertoire regularly as part of the daily practice routine.

I prepare students to take exams for the National Piano Guild as well as for the Royal Conservatory music development certificate program.
